Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is in a central position, very close to the city center, making it convenient for accessing various sites. The rooms were basic but comfortable, though in need of a complete overhaul with stained carpets and worn-out furnishings. The service was pleasant and accommodating. The location, despite being right across from the train and bus station, could benefit from cleaner outside windows. The dining experience was subpar, with very basic breakfast options. The price was reasonable considering the amenities offered.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were comfy and spacious, always clean and well looked after. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The location was excellent, just a stone's throw away from the train station. The dining experience was tasty and satisfying. Although the rooms were a bit small with some maintenance issues, overall, it was a great value for money.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. Although the room was a good size, I noticed some dampness in the walls, cracks, and a random pipe coming through the ceiling. The price for breakfast was a bit steep considering its basic offerings, and the cleanliness left something to be desired, with dust and stains on the carpet. It seemed like the room could use a complete refurbishment.
The hotel is situated next to a main road overlooking the harbour. The rooms could do with some redecorating but come with the usual amenities. The service is friendly and helpful, although there was an initial issue with separate entry for guests. The location is ideal, right next to Union Street, with perfect views of the train and bus stations. The dining experience was not included in the price and lacked variety. Facilities were basic but functional.
